Taric needs a rework

, the first champion i ever played in league. And actually got somewhat "good" at. But since the game has evolved so much over the years i find myself missing this champ, because unfortunately he just cant compete with the new flow of gameplay and champions that have been introduce to league. Please rework him and make him relevant in the game again.
