Clarification on Ranked Rewards?

So yea i was banned around 9/22/14 for being toxic and got unbanned 10/6/14 and when i got on i had 60 chat restrictions and i checked the rewards faq it says chat restricted players don't get ranked rewards, will i not get rewards? i thought the 2 week ban was enough. all i said in my chat logs was syndra ur cancer and velkoz your bad, but now i'm not toxic anymore and i get chat restrict after unban i don't understand. someone explain to me please, thanks for reading.
