Previous Patches (Be able to download them)

I wanted to download the old URF 2015 patch, so I posted a support ticket. They said that there were no previous patch downloads. But they said I could write a thread about making a suggestion to be able to download old patches.

Bottom line, I would like to be able to download older patches. Heres a link to my support ticket: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/17470260

I would also like to download old patches. Not for the reason you stated but for skinspotlight replayer, so i can use my old replays i have after patching the game.
