Weird Things I Did in Season Three

After the rather violent meta shift from S2 to S3, I did some really hipster & weird things. (I'm a rebel! Rawr!) Here they are, for a good chuckle.

-I refused to even consider playing Vi or Zac, even when they were free for the week. In Season 2, I was a Malphite main, and when rito nerfed him and then released what I saw as bad copies, I boycotted the champions. To this day, the only time I've played either of them was when I was given Zac in a nemesis draft.

-I started refusing to buy Liandry's Torment once I realized I was buying it on every champion that did magic damage. I didn't even buy it when I played Elise.

-Speaking of which, I had a pretty hipster way of playing her in Season 3. Instead of starting Machete & pots, I would start cloth armor, three reds, and two blues. Not weird enough? I also maxed Volatile Spiderling, rushed Seeker's Armguard, and almost always bought Lich Bane. In short, I would go full AP-Assassin Elise without Liandry's. Because bruiser Elise was too mainstream. The weirdest part was that it was actually pretty effective, I never had any sustain/clearing issues and the spiderlings would give me crazy dueling potential (5 of them do something crazy like 1500+ dmg during skittering frenzy). Screw the spirit stone items. Rito can't tell me how to jungle!

-I played Xerath before it was cool. Then I uninstalled the game when the rework attacked. <- Literally. I was that mad, lol.
