Streaming in S5, need some help

Have never streamed on a large scale before.. My most viewers were 60 and I had (I think) the basics, which were X-Split and a decent computer.

What streaming software should I use? Something that is free and high-quality would be great.

What is a good microphone that isn't too expensive and sounds clear?

I am a very entertaining person who looks forward to become a popular professional streamer (I have some connections which can lead to rapid stream growth), is there anything you think I should have to improve the stream or make it unlike any other stream? "RP Giveaways" or promotions do not count; I already plan on doing this but not for the promotional value
