Graves and smoking (yet again)

Ok LoL got Teen ratings so we may have booze (Gragas) and smoking....but why then Graves lost his cigar? Just after that much time playing league...its start to fill like a kindergarden. I know we must protect childs....but dont forget about adults too pls. Not flaming much just scared what a dark path league taken. Anyone wants to talk about it?
