Is anyone else having problems accessing the in-game store?

For the past 4 days every time I click on the store button it just takes me to a black screen.

I tried everything I could find to fix it, including: Syncing widows clock, Changing the internet security settings, resetting windows internet options, checking to see if Internet Explorer was in offline mode, reinstalling Internet Explorer, and checking for Windows updates.

If anyone knows of a possible solution I would appreciate it greatly. I'm running windows 7 by the way if that matters at all
