"Additonal Rune Page" Not Available Anymore In Shop ???

Since the last patch you can not buy additional rune page in the shop. What are the plans of RIOT? Is it removed on purpose or a bug?

Hey not sure if you found it but its in GamePlay and you change the Teir from Teir 3 to Show All and shold pop up.
