Does Riot Sandbag Their New Champions for a Quick Buck?

I always have problems with how much power Riot seems to force into the new champions. Its all a money game: They release a new champ who floods solo que and is so good that you cannot win without them, so all of the people go out to grab this new champ! (without ip of course$$$$) a few weeks later after the champs release the character is then slaughtered. Their ratios dropped and sometimes abilities taken! Its sad how obsessed with money Riot has become. If you don't believe me think about these two recent champs:

- Braum was THE support to play right after his release. He was a giant wall who could literally shield everyone!! that is CRAZY! so right after his release EVERY support was Braum. Then a couple weeks later BOOM HP ratios sucked right out of him. He was never as good as he was the week of his release.

- Yasou was the AD later of Season 4. He crushed every game and had 100% crib after only two items! its good i know, but once again after a couple months of his reign his HP ratios were decreased. Yeas is no longer a staple in the meta today.

Now you might be thinking I'm just on here ranting because my favorite "champs got nerfed" but I'm not complaining about the nerfs at all! I am complaining about how overpowered champions enter into the meta game and then are much worse a couple of weeks prior.

I just wish Riot had the guts to sell an honest product and stop sandbagging their new champs for cash.
