Which Skin?

yasuo is really weak currently (well if he gets to late game then shit, hes scary) though ill have to say late game reksai is proably even worse.

eternum reksai is really cool, but the orange tornadoes are better. Both are really nice skins, but I'd go for mecha yasuo.
