I worked so hard to climb from bronze 5 to gold. and i was only there for a week before getting demoted for losing over 14 matches in a row... then winning 1 and losing another 6... winning another and then losing 5. I can't physically win.. every single time i am forced to go support and my team just feed.. i don't know how else to deal with this right now

Deep Terror Nami2 votesThere is no LP decay for Bronze-Gold, so if you make it again you can just stop playing and you'll guarantee your rewards at the end of the season. If you're in danger of demotion from a Tier so close to season's end, it may be a good idea.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesGrats. Don't forget that you have 10 games of demotion protection after being promoted into a new Tier.
Also remember that we will all lose some MMR with the new season's soft reset, so if your MMR is at the bottom of Gold you'll probably be placed in Silver and have to do your promos again. If you raise your MMR into Gold high enough you'll get placed back into Gold next season and make it easier.
Maxotaur1 votesAnother quick update, i got demoted back to silver 1... and with a vengeance, I am only earning +12 Lp per win now which is going to be impossible to progress with... i am currently losing around 25 per loss. That doesn't make sense to me, oh and i dropped down to silver 1 after 2 loses at 0 lp at gold 5

It sucks, but eventually I'll have a good patch and finally make it to Diamond V.
