I was wondering if this PC would be able to run league on decent fps?

iBUYPOWER Desktop Computer NE54W AMD FX-Series 4300 (3.8 GHz) 4 GB DDR3 500 GB HDD Windows 8.1

I need a new computer since my laptop right now is horrible it can only run league on around 20 fps on the lowest settings. I have a low budget so I can't buy anything too fancy I was just wondering if this would run league with decent fps. Or could you guys recommend some decent priced computers?

haha that'll do great. You'll probably be able to get medium smoothly all the time(remember to set your switchable graphics card to run league with the NVidia one). Riot's been doing a good job making League run on lower performance PCs but that one's pretty good overall.

New computers are always exciting :D
