RED CARD KATARINA (PLEASE READ)

Ok so riot. I have been a kat main for a extremely long time now and I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one.. When is there any day you can release red card katarina for a limited amount of time or anytime. I have every single katarina skin and I have been dying to have Red Card Katarina. I'm sure there are other people out there who want the skin too who aren't and who are katarina mains. People may comment "it was a legacy skin" no duh but every legacy skin comes back every now and then.

Riot please release red card katarina soon or anytime

Red Card is part of the World Cup line, so it won't come around until then (which is in 2018). However, as Oleandervine said, you can get it from mystery gifts (where I got it from)

You can get it through Mystery Gifts, Hextech Chests or when it appears in the store from Legacy.
