More Loot?

Since we will uneventfully and randomly acquire loot, should I be able to view what skins are available before having to lock in a champion?

Because it sounds like Riot Game's would like us not to care or chase, but still be expecting the unexpected, and desire the undesired.

So, when we get to shop for skins during champion selection, will we get to view what skins our champions have before locking in a champion? Or are we going to have to wait another year for a search like function to be added?

(While I would state "waiting in line" logic for economic incentive for Riot Games, I'd assume they'd rather not be, all over the place...)
