I want to know this from a riot employee and thus is if you can unlock championship riven from the hextech crafting system and if so Gore skin are the odds of it happening and also is the skin going to be released this year because there was a response to a question from a riot employee saying that it will most likely be released again in 2016

Limited availability skins cannot be gained from hextech. Legacy skins can.
