Spectating ARAM should not have a 3 minute delay.

There is not enough reason to have a spectate delay on ARAM games. As much as I despise the delays on normals games, the usage for cheating is just clearly too great, so I can understand it. But in ARAM, the only information that could be shared is about whether they're in the bush or not, which, if you ask me is not enough to reduce the quality of the spectate experience.

You're seeing the exact same game at the exact same speed. The only difference is you see it 3 minutes later... apart from for cheating, the only reason NOT to have a delay is if you're spectating a friend who you want to play with when they finish... otherwise i don't see how it hurts anyone, and frankly it's easier to watch a random game from the start if you have the delay.
