Profile banners

I believe that summoners should be able to express themselves more with their profile like a feature to change a profile banner other than having that old boring default banner. I know you can already change your profile banner with the ultimate skin bundle, such as pulsefire and spirit guard , but some players just doesn't have enough money to buy it or the summoner just doesn't like the skin but would love to get a different banner to show off their friends or to the community. I would definitely buy some banners for a reasonable price of RP but not if I have to buy this really expensive skin just to unlock this feature. One thing I also noticed, is that you have to have the summoner icon in-use in order to have the banner enabled, which I find restrictive. I would love it if i can use my favorite summoner icon going with a certain banner of my own choice.
