Things we all want Riot to do....

1. Sandbox Mode

2. IP to RP conversion and visa versa

3. A way to report people that you aren't in a game with

   Okay, first off, we all love when there is a temporary game mode. That is a fact, but its also a fact that not everyone like the game mode that is out at the current moment. I personally do not like Black Market Brawlers and also did not care much for Hexakill on Twisted Treeline. So Riot, why haven't you made a sandbox mode so we can all play funny games with our friends? I LOVE Urf and would play league on a more consistent basis if i could play it with my friends, even if that meant me not getting any IP from the game. If players could spend RP to make there very own game mode, Riot would still make money and a player could play Urf, or Hexakill, or BMB, or Doom Bots, or whatever else as long as they pay for the game mode. Similar to buying DLC. Or it could also be added features in custom games. Putting features such as base CDR, Attack Speed, Movement Speed, etc. would make custom games much more enjoyable.
   
   Secondly, I have quite a few friends that have every champ, 20 rune pages, and 9 of every rune, and have a balance of 40,000 or more IP. Why not just make a converter for RP? I understand that RP is how you make money, so if could be a high amount of IP for RP, kind of like trading 10,000 IP for 750 RP. Or also, Riot could have a RP betting game mode. it would be just like ranked, which is a betting system, except the losing team loses X amount of RP and the winning team earns X amount.
   
   Lastly, there are some people that really are so toxic that they shouldn't be allowed to get away with some of the thing they say or do. Here is a great example. 
   I decided to play Teemo as I hadn't played him in a while, and was having a bad game because i was up against a Pantheon and I played poorly. Throughout the entire game, Shen was bashing me telling me how garbage I am, telling the enemy to report me, and telling the enemy team where I was when I was invisible. After the game, I reported him, gave honors to those I thought deserved them, and left the lobby. Shortly after, I received a fried request and I wasn't quite sure who it was and also didn't recognize the summoner name. So I decided to accept it and see who it was. I IMMEDIATELY got a message saying "hang yourself you stupid %%%%%% im hacking your account". 
   This is the EXACT message I received word for word. I took a picture of it and everything so i could try and send it to Riot, but there is absolutely no way for me to report him besides playing another game with him and reporting him again in the post game screen. This is a pretty serious thing to say and definitely falls under cyber bullying which im pretty sure is illegal now-a-days. 
   

So, fellow board members, any thoughts/recommendations/feelings towards these topics?
