Broken matchmaking

Hi all! I'm new in league and currently 27 lvl. A couple days ago my friend told me about lolnexus so i can watch with who I'm playing. And i was a bit suprised when in every match I was with gold and silver guys. Is it fair to put a new player with much more expirienced players? Somethimes you cant do anything because they read you like an open book and counter. What's your thoughts on this problem? (Also sorry for my english, not native speaker)
