Unfair Leaverbuster

I was placed in a 20 minutes lower priority queue ffor 5 games last night, becuse my pc somehow said i had a connection error, and after 15 minutes of reconnecting, closing, launching the game, i finally got in the game, and started playing, finished the game. Could you please add a type of vote so your teammates coose if you should get the leaverbuster queue thing or not, or at least that one teammate cancels this leaverbuster system? I have the feeling that the leaverbuster shouldn't have given me 20 minutes for 5 games since it was just a computer problem and not an intentional afk. I am sure that a lot of people would appreciate. Thanks
