How much do I have to pay the League community to make a Bill Cipher champion?
I'm not sure about all of you, but I would be really happy if Bill Cipher was in League of Legends

The only problems Bill would have is either: 1. He's stuck in the mindscape and have to make deals to even do anything or 2. He would just warp reality and break the game as a joke making him too OP for anyone to have fun with. But I would love to see this dream demon kill the everyone in his path.
