How many premades of 12 year olds will get you chat restricted?

Lets take a peek, A oneeee, a twooo, a threeee. If you think about it, in sports, they don't let the young play with the old. So why should league? The mentality of a twenty year old is sooooooo much different than that of a teenagers. NOT TO MENTION THE THOUGHT PROCESS. In my opinion riot needs to do something about this. HI haters :)
