Why?!

I never understand why I always gotta lose ranked games because of other bad players. That's why I can't get out of division and because of them I also fall even more. I can't undersand. Trollers and feeders. And I don't even know if the staff team takes the reports seriously. I waste time. Last game I've played with Irelia. Score: 18/8/6. Everybody else on the team was reffusing to communicate and was feeding. I struggle and try to give my best every game, but anoter summoner ruins everything.. I'm tired of these situations. Can't we get rid of the toxic players??
