Complaint about the leaver penalty

I understand the need to punish leavers, and many times im one of the people calling for more punishments, so maybe im being a hypocrite, but I dc'd from one game due to my laptop shutting down unexpectedly near the end of a game, and now i have five games of +5 minute queues? And I cant even click on the store or anything to browse while I wait. A little excessive maybe for a first offense?
