I am looking for a new laptop that is under $750 that can run LoL and csgo at 80-100 FPS on high settings. I do not really know a lot about computers and stuff like that, so I need help.

I thought that your FPS were tied to your monitor refresh rate. Meaning that if your monitor/laptop had a max refresh rate of 60 (ie most things), you could only get a FPS of 60 max. I have a pretty decent laptop, but only get 60 FPS on high settings because that is the screen refresh rate on the monitor. If that is correct, you can easily get laptops that will run 60 FPS on high settings on League for that price.
