How did this even happen? (Flex Queue Experience.)

Alright, let me preface this by saying that I admit to have been extremely angry during this experience. I roasted my team harshly and for that I probably owe them an apology. On to the event.

We get into champ select and the first thing I read is "This is my first game". Soraka support. Takes exhaust and heal. Doesn't know which lane to go to.

I get no leash as Zac jungle.

Our Mastery 7 Zed feeds Anivia.

Our Heimerdinger dies twice to Udyr top pre-10 minutes.

I'm honestly just sitting here questioning, how the heck does Flex Queue work?! This is ranked. How do I get placed with people like this?

I was against high golds and plats with silver and bronze team mates. So essentially I'm expected to 1v9

I think they should match us considering our Seson 6 Solo/Duo MMR. Soft reset means a Challenger player may match with Bronze 5 player cause they both have no MMR(in fact they are Silver). I don't know why they did something like this.

This just utterly blows my mind. Not only does this, in my mind, have very little purpose. It's an awful experience!

I mean in the end I'm already S3. Climbing Silver/Bronze isn't hard but when legit level 27 can play on Flex rank and I get them on my team it's infuriating.
