Kennen vs Viktor?

Personal experience, Kennen always feels odd to handle. Not sure if I just never got the handle of his stun or what, but I never have enjoyed playing him.

Once you get the handle of Viktor's Laser, he's able to dish out good distant damage, and his Q is great for close engages. Viktor's burst is very reliant on his ultimate, but his damage is great for team fights. His rework did a lot to bring him into a strong and rewarding state of play.

Viktor seems fun too, but the reason I like Kennen is that he adapts to any playstyle. He can be played AP or AD, top, mid or bot (in both roles). He's an absolute monster when he's fed - easy multikills - but even behind he's not bad compared to some others. Plus, he has funny emotes and everyone hates playing against him. And since he's quite mobile, manaless, has lots of cc, kites and lanes well and has a lot of aoe damage, it's hard for him to be sidelined in any meta. Not a lot of people play him, so he's not at risk for nerfs either. His early waveclear is not great, but not terrible by any means, and he has some trouble killing tanky mosters and champions, but not a lot of drawbacks overall.

kennen is a better top laner, 1v1 id say viktor has the advantage, but kennen can outplay alot of champions.
