Does the Tribunal reset after you haven't been reported for a while?

So I have been reported maybe 2-3 times in the past few months, always because I tend to verbally lash out against toxic players who harass me or other teammates. It honestly makes me very angry when someone will not stop complaining about me playing poorly when I am trying my best. I have ended up breaking the summoner's code in retaliating to these toxic player, but now I have realized that there really is no point in doing so. I have not gotten justly reported in a few weeks or so, but I am wondering if my record would be cleared by now, or will it ever clear without me getting banned?

When the tribunal was up last time, they showed entire in game chat. So if it's obvious you were reacting to someone who was worse, then most people, or at least enough for you to not get punished, would have voted in your favor. 2-3 reports is not that many though. You would need like 5 or 6 a week to get in trouble I bet. Maybe even more. There probably reaches a point where if you go X days/weeks/months without getting reported your past reports are wiped clean.
