Overall, Team Builder is a great idea and it is pretty neat. There are some really good things, but also things that can be improved upon or are not as great:

Good: -- As a leader, you can see what your team is going to be. --As a joiner, you can leave queue without time penalty! -- You can kick out people who either are toxic in the chat or do not fit the team comp. -- Organization is very useful. --Allows "breaking the meta" to be a lot easier as the leader can just search for only mid players. :) -- Theoretically should reduce queue times. -- Theoretically should make the game more pleasant. --I know that the queue times are slow due to the limited number of PBE players.

Bad: -- As a leader, you can not chose the role the others are to be. For example, you may end up having 2 supports or 2 adcs becuase 2 poeple are to be in bot lane but you can not predetermine that one is to be a support and the other the adc. -- After leaving a queue, one may be put back into that queue. For example, the leader may have been toxic so the joiner left and rejoined the queue only to re enter the previous queue. -- There are some minor improvements that I'll mention later but for now, I do not think that there any other negatives about Team Builder.

Improvements: -- Leader should be able to chose the role (maybe even champion) that he or she desires. Even though this may seem selfish and slightly stupid, this manner lets for a lot more fun and simplicity in creating a "dunk team" or "all blonde champions". Obviously this queue may take quite the time.

     --In some cases, the team is almost set but missing an adc for example. Then the 5th person comes along as a bot lane support so that now you have 2 supports. Now the leader is pretty much forced into kicking that person out which seems unfair to me. My idea is that what if that 5th person could change into an adc by switching champions. However, in order for this to occur, the 5th person must send out a request to change position/champion and this request must be approved by the other 4 members. If its yes, then a full standard team will be created and everyone's happy. If no, then the 5th person leaves queue voluntarily or by getting kicked out. I know that this may seem to go against the whole point of Team builder but it just seems a little convenient to me.
    
     --For a joiner, he or she should be able to see a list of teams that he or she could join or if be able to click "random" which puts him or her into any team. This way, the joiner can have a faster way of getting the team that she wants. I understand that this may be a huge hassle because people will always be entering or leaving games so choosing the perfect team is going to be pretty hard for the servers and player and know that this is a really improbable idea, but I'm just throwing it out there.

After playing a match using team builder, I found it quite useful for acquiring the role you would like to play without fighting over who is doing what. A drawback I noticed was the waiting time for a specific role like Jungle. Although the queue times varied, it was easy to find placement, get the role you want and no bad comments about roles. While in team builder, I did notice that team captains had dome trouble with reading up.

Otherwise this application to the meta will help to cut down on queue dodging and accruing penalties.Soraka

Team Builder would be a great replacement for normal blinds allow people to pick the champ they want< lets say for practice. Otherwise< the queue time for certain roles are forever and noticed that people also troll roles because they are allowed to pick any champ and role matchup.

I rather enjoy the new mode. While it does overly enforce the meta it has a lot of potential. For people who follow it they'll be able to get the role they want as long as they're choosing a needed role. It really helps takes away the "I hope I get my role" issue.

Team builder so far works fairly well. However, wait times are long when searching for a bottom laner and also the champion skins seem not to register at times.

I really like team builder. The only negs have already been commented on, like bot lane choosing issues. Here is what we were talking about in queue: This would work for ranked if - by vote - a team member could change their champ, and/or instead of choosing champ, in the team builder screen you just choose lane and type (tank, mage etc). Then you could choose your champ once you already had a team put together based on lane. This would just be so cool for ranked if there was a way to make it all even in comp choosing still.

I think Team Builder went pretty well. I didn't like the fact that you had to select ruins, masteries, and spells before hand. I also think they should allow you to choose a lane without selecting a champion, Q time would be much faster and the team can then select comp. together. I guess all I'm saying is that overall, I think people would be happy with selecting a lane, not everything else.

and instead of just doing normals it would be nice to enable it in bronze 5 through to silver 3 or somthing like that

Nice summary, one other thing I would like to add is the ability to change summoner spells when you join a team. This way you can provide more to team needs, rather than if you pre-pick something that everyone else has (everyone on team has flash, ignite).

As an example I was top mundo and choose teleport and flash. My mid ended up being karthus (also with teleport), I was on a team but could not change my summoner spell.

Also experienced some bugs for wait time, expected wait (very short, wait 15+ min) or wait time Average, wait approximately 2 min.

I have had a very good experience with people on the team builder, everyone has what they want to play and in a good mood going into the game. Cannot wait until this hits live servers. Nice job Riot.
