Kha Zix

So I was playing Darius last game, and then there's a Kha Zix on the enemy team that does tons of damage even if my whole team gathered together, and this Kha Zix have very short cooldown when he have 30% cdr, so I'm just wondering if Riot can nerf Kha Zix on his Q base damage and his cooldowns.
