Honor System and Crests

I think the honor system is nice and all, but judging by the infrequency of seeing anyone with a crest in games I think you could make a change. I'm thinking that not getting reported or banned should count as much as getting honored by another player. Not to say that there should have to be a special reward for not being banned (although I do enjoy the summoner icons you've given out) Just saying that since the honor system is already in place and it seems like it isn't getting as much use as it should, this would be a nice addition.
