I don't understand. I keep getting reported for "negative attitude" or "offensive language" when I'm defending myself. Someone is calling me an idiot when they are feeding the other team. I defend myself by saying please stop whining and play because we can still win this. That isn't fair at all. Defending myself or trying to help? Nope it apparently means im negative. Unfair reports keep happening and its annoying.
MackleDoge3 votesIf you truly aren't doing anything wrong, then the people in Tribunal will hit Pardon instead of punish. If you start receiving warnings or time bans, then perhaps you should re-evaluate exactly what it is you are saying or just mute them and move on.

MackleDoge3 votesWell, outside of that horrible attitude you have about this, that is an interesting statistic that you're citing. Do you care to provide a link to any actual evidence? Because I'd bet some solid RP on that being some bullshit number you just made up. From what I have seen in the Tribunal and from other players sharing their experience with it, I'd say the Tribunal does a fairly decent job of applying the summoner's code correctly. Now if someone is abusing you then I do recommend muting them, it's what I do. But if you have the attitude of going into a game where you plan on reporting all nine other players, then I'd wager you're in for a ban yourself (and probably deserve it).

almost 80% or more ppl use the Tribunal for stress releasing by punishing someone.
my behavior is our answer for dumb Tribunal system.

MackleDoge2 votesAgain, you keep saying this "80%", where is your proof? Where is the statistical evidence to back up this claim? You don't have any. Your behavior and attitude is childish and is part of the problem this community has, not even close to a solution. And if your friend is providing a tool like that, it's actually against the ToS, so you should uninstall that garbage before you or any of your friends get banned. Like I said, it's fairly obvious to me that if this is how you behave on the forum, you are just a ban waiting to happen in the game.
FancyIndia3 votesDo you get aggressive when defending yourself? (Calling the other person names in response or something like that). If you do, maybe that's why. Try turning the other cheek next time someone is rude, and just report them afterwards. It takes two to fight.
insubone1 votesThanks for the idea but tbh it only takes one to report. so even if i dont respond or try to take the high road (which i did in some scenarios) i get reported. then when i try to correct them or give them a tip like "please play more careful" they reply with "stfu" and i get reported for being negative.
FancyIndia1 votesYeah, some people can be pretty unreasonable, or they throw their own emotions onto others, but just keep with the high road. Even if you get reported, at least it's something in your defense, besides, you'll feel better :D Positivity makes a difference on your outlook. You won't feel as crappy as those who grow around being miserable and saying all the mean stuff. (Actually dealt with a guy just now trying to claim the team bullied him, when it never happened, in fact, nothing negative was ever said to him >.<).

Id really like to see something done about the abuse of this honor system.I have invested alot of time and cash in this game.People are reporting for the silliest reasons. Lose? reported. Being critical of someones play or build? reported I called mid? reported you died ? reported. Thats how easy it is to report someone for w/e reason. I like this game alot but the community needs to stop with this abuse.
MackleDoge2 votesYou being reported doesn't mean anything. It only matters if you are selected for punishment after your case is reviewed in Tribunal. If you are getting warnings for your behavior, then it is you that should be stopping the abuse, because regardless of whether you feel you are or not, Tribunal has viewed your behavior as outside of the Summoner's Code and that isn't acceptable.

MackleDoge2 votesYou say that as if only my opinion is biased lol. Everyone's opinion is biased, that's what makes it an opinion. You're more then welcome to your opinion, I'm not saying that the system doesn't have errors, but I don't believe it is anywhere near as rampant as people seem to go around touting it is. Regardless, if you are receiving the warnings, it really is in your best interest to avoid getting involved in those situations. Just mute them and move on, it always works for me and I've yet to have an issue.
