what's wrong with the team builder "currently looking for" section??

I just went to queue for TB, and it says currently sought is support, adc, tank jg, and fighter top. I say "I want to jungle a bit" so I load up a tank in the jungle, load out, and click to find a group... and I sit there... and I sit there... so I give up after like 5 minutes, click the x and go back in... and what is being looked for? support, fighter top, tank jungle, and support jungle (uh, okay...) but if people are looking for tank jungles then why am i not finding a group? It's been doing this for a while now, says this is being searched for, then says long wait. Or, you queue for something not on that list and it says very short wait. What gives?
