Hey! I managed to reach level 30 on LoL without even noticing the massive community. I mean I know that there are millions of players that actually play the game and such but a forum! Anyway I hope I did not break any rules as I still have yet to check out the rules. This was my introduction to the interactive LoL community and I plan to stay.
Good to have you! As you might imagine, the boards are culturally pretty similar to the people you meet in game, so prepare for general toxicity. If you are thoughtful, friendly, and courteous, you should be able to find some good threads on the boards, but I recommend avoiding threads with inflammatory, accusatory, or generally sensationalist titles, since those tend to be more about aimless frustration than constructive or interesting discussion. You can, of course, help change this by being a good member of the community, focusing on civil discussion and pleasant conversation rather than being angry about Lee Sin or the most recent rework to your main.
