Someone explain the Grading system to me Please

I Main support, I'm Gold 4.. I Do Exceptionally well.. but I don't understand how the Grading system works on supports? I can go 0/2/17 and get an 'A' Why Not an S+/- ? is it on how I play? Is It KDA? Once of my most recent games I went 0/0/21 (ranked) http://pasteboard.co/j8ABzW9.jpg (ps i was annoyed a bit in chat that explains the CAPS lol) I played the game VERY well and was only given an 'A+'

Can someone break down the grading system to me? (:

I think it has to do with role; For supports, I believe it has to do with how many times you ward, how much you ping to let people know you have missing laners, and your KDA, and potentially some aspect of your item build. I went 12/1/12 with almost a full build, my Jinx died only 3-4 times, and I warded constantly. I got an S+. Additionally, however they get your score, it's compared against the scores of everyone else playing that character in that role, and where you place on that ladder is what your rank is.
