"Prepurchasing" Legacy Skins.

You should totally let us "prepurchase" legacy skins! Let me elaborate. Say you want to buy a super cool legacy skin! However, you do not have the champion yet. Add in a feature that lets us "put the skin on a hold" for a week or two so we can get the champion and buy it! You could totally have it so that if you want to "prepurchase" a legacy skin, it would take the rp and wouldn't grant you the skin until you get the champion. If the deadline is met and you do not yet have the champion, you would get your rp back. It's just my idea, and it would help me in a lot of situations. Sorry if I couldn't explain it very well. :)
