First Strike for PBE Only

I don't know completely about this topic. Is the First Strike border only for people on PBE or will we get it on the live servers. As of now we don't and today was the day that it was supposed to come out. My main question is should they only be aloud only for those on PBE or should they be on the live servers?

Hey Minerx130,

First Strike borders will be available on live for players who purchase the PROJECT: skins during the first week at full price. Gifted PROJECT: skins will also receive the border.

They should be released in about an hour and first strike will last for 1 week on live servers so buy them while you can

Do the loading banners work only when using that skin or can you play someone like shaco with the loading banner
