I recently started playing Diana jungle, and I have been winning most of my games but I don't know if my build has too little ap or not?

yes remove IBG for something else.
Remove iceborn gaunt for deathcap if you feels like its a little ap
I wouldn't use proto belt personally, the stat line is a little too inefficient and its not like diana has the most trouble getting in position to do her job
I'd swap it out for hourglass so you don't die once you're in the middle of the enemy team
i'd drop protobelt as she doesn't need the extra dash, and if you want more AP you can swap out iceborn for lich bane or zhonyas.
Personally I'd stick a lich bane on her over IBG. IBG is for champs that have trouble sticking to a target or Ezreal. Diana is neither.
