About Rank Improvement

Hello, maybe you will read this discussion hardly because English is not my mother language and I will try my best to express my ideas if you interested in it.

I wanna talk about how to improve Rank that makes high-level players could promote faster and low-level players find suitable phase to play.

Firstly, I know League of Legends is a kind of group game, which need 5 people to have a fight with other 5 people and every player play a different but important role respectively. However, sometimes, in some games, players usually encounter some 'bad' players. For example, go to feed or AFK just because teammate said you are not good. What happened result in all the 5 teammates will got reduction of pionts in Rank.

Secondly, please forgive my bad English cause I dont know how to say that word. Like smurf? or something. Which means some other well-played players played a account until it got a high level Rank like Diamond. And then sell it to other players. Maybe 'other players' are not good as the smurf, so they will troll all the games and make other unlucky guys lose the games and got reduction of points. Honestly, many friends and people around me (including me) ever played for other people or request other people play for themselves. So finally, many players can not have a funny and normal game.

Undeniably, DOTA2 got a good system for Rank that players would not lose points if they lose and would not get points if they win. It depends on some aspects such as KDA, degree of proficiency of Champs and results, etc. Maybe you dont need to promote next phase with BO3 or BO5, but just different points? maybe under 1000 is Bronze, 1001-2000 is Silver and blablabla.

If Rank like that, some high level players could quickly reach the phase or level that they should stay. Instend of fighting with some 'bad' guys and could not get promotion and then give up this account or this game. Some of my friends who got high level skills go to play DOTA2 just because they cant go out of the vortex of newbies and some of 'bad' guys.

Additionally, many accounts which played by smurfs will reduce points rapidly and they would ever never troll many games.

I believe that it will improve the environment of game and make players further enjoy League of Legends.
