Why are simple and easy champs such as annie considered bad?

Lets take annie as an example, she has oneshot potential, utility and also you cant go in on her if her stun is up. She is a beast mid/late game so why is she (and other easy champs) considered bad?

because she has a really low skill ceiling and if you are against someone who isn't a vegetable they will murder you in any part of the game

She isn't considered bad. The only people you hear this from are vayne and riven mains that feel they should be handed free wins because they can animation cancel.

She relies on her flash for teamfights , bad positioning of enemies, lack of vision. Not to mention all defensive tools people would use

Annie isn't bad, but simple champions tend to be binary and are not versatile. Annie, Garen, Mordekaiser and other simple champions rely on over-powering their opponent instead of outplaying, but if you fall behind early on them then there's not much you can do.

Too short range and predictable and is next to useless without her ult + passive up.

Who says she is bad?

Certain level of inflexibility comes with it I suppose.
