Bots or IP farming accounts

How common are these types of accounts? I've played a few games as of late and every single game there was a bot or IP farmer. I reported them sure but every game I get into? Mind you that all of those games I lost because of course the damn account wasn't being run by an actual person and every time I made a play I got wiped off the map because the top lane bot fed and I get three shot in the late game.

This isn't fun and it gets really frustrating especially if it continuously happens. I know there are games that get ulta carried by one person because they are just that good but I don't play League religiously enough and from recent feedback from a friend of mine that has now resorted to playing actual bot matches because she keep getting stomped and most of her teammates are bots. This sort of thing is not OK. I'd really like to know if Riot is doing anything about these accounts.. Thank you in advance.

P.S. If this keeps happening, I'm going to stop even logging in and I know that I'm only one person who is expendable or disposable but I'm getting fed up..
