Frustrations about "chat restrictions + 'elo hell'"
Hello guys!!!

I'm currently in a so-called elo hell. As Plat 5 I match with silver players every game. That's my fault since I was having a bad time irl few months ago. But this means I have to take more responsibility helping players in my team.
Chat restrictions make it really bad for me to instruct my teammates how to fight teamfights w/ complex tactics or constructive advices to build. Solo queue is heavily depending on communicating between players. The restrictions also badly damage my ability to communicate in good faith. Saying "thanks", "good job" is encouraging but it consumes 4 minutes of waiting so I have to restrain wasting such messages.
**Do I deserve this kind of pure "punishment"? How exactly should I behave to "survive" under such extreme conditions? **
By the way, I admit that I was toxic sometimes. If I understand correctly what "toxic" means. Such as:
- Constantly criticizing (moaning when emotional) about online communities in pre-game/after-game chats.
- Tilting and swearing against disturbing behavior/chats. I never simply abuse. I did blame people and point out what I don't feel right directly.
- Complaining about Xin. I do hate every Xin I meet. And I did /all chat "Brainless plays on Xin win games" "F***ing Xins" if I lose.
I do tend to be friendly and encouraging every game. I believe most, most players would regard me as a helpful teammate and a humble opponent. I just don't get why is a community of living souls being judged by computer programs. And obviously riot policy doesn't allow any adjustment to made decisions on punishment.
Below is what I just sent to Riot player support after I received a rough reply which could be translated into "you're JUST toxic. No proofs would be given. Enjoy your chat restrictions."
"Hello Player Support,
Greetings. *************. It's not your problem not providing any proofs and I'm sure what you see is stuff like "Player toxicity status: BAD" only. And this is the reason chat restriction is a very rough, experimental solution of communication issues (as a replacement of tribunal). I think it lacks humanity involvement. Even though I showed much good faiths, honesty and promises in most of the games and our emails( at least not as bad as the system thinks), none of the staff can actually help me, either improving my behavior or improving the system.
Again, I believe it's not because you dislike me or not willing to help me but the limitation from the policies. I'm willing to follow the policies/rules as they're still there. And I tend to be forgiving if I'm being unfairly treated as long as I see good faith, care, or compassion from you. More importantly, I'd love to give advices on improving the community. I'm a film maker and video artist. Online community is my current major subject of art making. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ygyk0pZaGao
But still, I demand clairification to these questions.
- How do you determine "behavior"? How do you judge me as a toxic person? (only chat and player reports?)
- Would being communication-free improve my account standing?
- Does being nice even help improve it? How much should I do to stop the chain of chat restrictions? (I've had 100+ chat restrictions, merely 50 hours of game time. Do you actually believe that I'm still where I was?)
- If the system makes a mistake, are you actually going to correct it?
At least, you really, really should show me some critical examples leading to this decision. I'm absolutely willing to be nice to everyone. But simply saying I'm toxic will never help me achieve that. So in the laziest case, Tell me what's officially offensive and inappropriate and I will apologize and correct it.
I really hope my case is handled with care.
Thanks again.
