Old Runes

Ok so i have alot of the older runes, some from back when sunfire capes stacked XD. Was actually just wondering tho if they still have the same effect they say. Like my 1.28 ArmorPen Marks, .5%-1.5% Hp boost glyphs and quints. I just wanted to know if i am actually getting the benefit of using them still.
