The Leaver wait

Howdy, still pretty new to the boards and this is only my second topic, but it's concerning the LeaverBuster Waiting system, where you have to wait a good ten or more minutes in order to que up if a friend of yours has a strike for leaving a game.

I'm not going to say that it's bad, if someone leaves a game there should be a penalty, but I do think that it shouldn't lock down the client and only leave you with that beautiful button asking if you want to leave the que for the remaining wait. I only think that it should be changed so that you can go about your business on the client while you wait, get your runes and masteries in order, make sure you have everything that you'll need for the game, etc.

It's a decent system, or at least the best one that we have at the moment, but it really shouldn't stop you from doing anything while you're already waiting to be able to do anything.
