Never got my Draaaaaaaaven Icon...

I participated in the event, I bought the Draven Draven skin and then also bought Primetime Draven which at the time was being considered as a legendary skin if you checked the legendary section under skins. I got a mystery gift from it and that was just Guardian of the Sands Kha'Zix. Technically that is participating correct? If not, I'd like to know why and if it is I'd like my icon because I love Draven.
