Hi, first off, sorry of this is the wrong place for this. I honestly don't know where it would go.

i'm currently a level 30 fill-laner, and i have a couple questions.

  1. i have only 1 rune due to a bug to the shop, how bog a difference do they make on provisionals/ranked? i do pretty good in pvp rn. is there anyway of getting runes beside the shop like champs from ur profile?

  2. How much MB does LoL take up in-game? per hour or so. i've heard anywhere between like 5-30.

  3. how to avoid bots? is there a way? i know the recent update has made a large decrease in them but i dont know if its permanent or what.

  4. Riot owns these boards? can they ban or punish ur LoL account for example trolling on here? just wondering, im not a troll.

1: while its only a few 100 gold worth of stats, early game thats a LOT, and can win or lose plays for you. 2: per hour? its like ~15MB 3: You mean bots in game? you rarely see them in games at level 30 4: they own them, and i think you can take away your ability to post, but i dont think it'll affect your in-game account.
