I haven't gotten a key fragment in 4 days, and I'm like pretty sure that would of been a key frag. You need to fix this hextech shit, I don't even care about this one time. I just want better drop rates so I don't feel robbed for my time.

Even after you are eligible, key fragments only drop on wins and have a non-linear drop rate. Drop rate is not affected by your Mastery grade or any other statistic.
