Best Site For Streaming League?

I'm wondering which one is better to gain an audience. I know gaining thousands of views/followers/subs is NOT gonna happen over night. But which site is better YouTube or Twitch? I'm fine doin highlights on YouTube and streaming on Twitch but idk.

Commend what you chose and why so I can get a better understanding on who chooses what and why.

I'm only asking because I found out through my weird ass setup I can stream decently well, although I can stream in HD (720p or higher), 480p is the most I can go so it won't ruin my gaming experience.
