Please, Riot, Remove champon shards from hextech crafting.

Not much else to it. Look, I get the general idea, let players play champs they don't have or maybe get new ones. Some problems: -You can get champ shards that you already have. -Champ shards for RP -Extremely underwhelming MMMMM BUT YOU CAN JUST RE-ROLL THEM OR DISENCHANT THEM YA DUMB Be that as it may, the problem is that there is a pretty high chance that you will already own the champion. But what about the new players? I dunno. I don't have all the answers. All i know is that, after grinding for hours trying to get one of my four chests per month, it does not feel pleasant when you get a Taric champ shard as your shiny new prize. All in all it's very disappointing to get champion shards. No one wants them. You're hoping for that hot new DJ Sona or Creator Victor or hell, 5th age Taric. Getting a champ is just... eh. It's even worse for the players who already have all the champions. I am not one of those players, but I'm sure you've seen the Youtube un-boxing (un-crating? chesting?) videos that cover the pain of unlocking chest after chest only to have half of them effectively be empty. Even worse, if you're spending RP on chests and getting things that you could get with IP is literally just throwing money away.

Some fixes: -You can't get champ shards for champions you already own. Easy, simple.

-Drastically decrease the chances of getting champion shards. I don't know the exact percentage chance of getting a champion shard is, but it's too high as it is.

-Completely remove the champion shards. Probably not going to happen, however I feel that it's what almost every player wants to see happen.

Look, I get that it's riot throwing free stuff at people who play the game frequently and well, and i cant complain about that. However, a broken system is a broken system. At this point, it's a total waste to buy the crates thanks to champion shards, and it's a crap chute as to weather or not your hours of grinding are going to amount to anything worth your time.
