Physical Damage Sunfire Cape Equivalent

So I was thinking for more opportunities for League of Legends Counterplay. For armor there are multitudes of items to choose from however when needing Magic Resist there remain fewer options. You really get limited when looking for an item that gives both health and magic resistance. So a cape which requires a similar recipe of a ( + ) which outputs consistent psychical damage rather than Magic Damage could be a great item. Some brainstormed ideas for a name of it could be Hellfire Cape or something?
